Packaging
To better serve our customers, we arrange for packaging of the materials into appropriate containers for shipping and distribution worldwide.
Summary of tactical “customer service” needs we are developing:

proactive communication at key points along the process (for all customers) including “order tracking”
- Containers take 6-8 weeks to get from Asia to US, a bit shorter from Europe
- Customer must be advised of status (especially delays due to weather, etc)
Once arrived in USA, customer should always be in the loop as to expected delivery
